Think Drink-03

Join us July 16 at Camp North End for the third and final installment of our Think & Drink speaker series

It's no secret a good night's sleep will leave you feeling refreshed, restored and ready to take charge of your day. However, with distractions like noise and technology, getting a night of quality rest is becoming more and more elusive.

Sleep doesn't begin when your head hits the pillow. From levels of stress to the foods you eat, your lifestyle factors play a huge role in determining how well you sleep.

What changes can you easily make to finally achieve blissful sleep? How can great sleep help you make the most of your life?

Tara

Since launching the ChiliPad in 2007, Tara has spent over 10,000 hours studying the science of sleep. Applying her analytical skills from her physics and engineering background, her passion currently is to shape the future of sleep-driven health by making sleep easy and drug-free.
