Where do we park?
Cars and vans with clearance less than 7' 8" can park in the Discovery Place Science Parking Deck for an additional charge. Parking for larger vehicles is available at an off-site lot Monday - Friday.

Can we bring a bag lunch?
Yes, bag lunches are permitted at Discovery Place Science in our group lunchroom only. You will need to schedule a lunch time when making your reservation

When is payment due for our group outing?
Payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.

What if I need to cancel my trip?
Cancellation notice of three weeks is required for a full refund. Cancellations with less than three weeks’ notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled for a visit within a 12-month period. There is no fee for rescheduling as long as the class or visit is rescheduled within one week of the cancellation date and the visit is completed within the 12 months of the originally scheduled date. Changes to the number of attendees must be made three days prior to the program or visit to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued the day of the visit, and no refunds will be issued for amounts of $10.00 or less.

What is the minimum number of tickets required for a group purchase?
In order to receive the group discount, you must purchase a minimum of 15 tickets

Do you offer wheelchair rentals?
Complimentary wheelchairs are available and can be reserved on a first come, first serve basis at the time of check-in.

Do you offer stroller rentals?
We do not currently offer stroller rentals but you may bring your own stroller to the Museum.
